simply visit freehosting.com click on signup . now they will offer you two free hosting and paid hosting , so click on order now below freehosting column .
and thats it
fill the form address details mobile no. email id etc etc and done
wait for few hour ..
some time it can take 24 hour to complete your order so don't panic
when they confirm you will receive a email with all your detail about cpanel login webmail login etc etc and thats it

and if you don't know where to upload your html website then firstly login to your cpanel and open file manager and click on Public_html and open it
now delete all file if already present .
now create your html file into .zip format after creating then click on upload option which is given top of your file manager and after clicking on it upload your .zip file , it is just like uploading pic in any form
after uploading click back and you will see you zip file now click on zip file and simply extract it after extracting zip file delete your uploaded .zip file and that is you have sucessfully uploaded  your website
