How to create a sitemap for your website

Hello guys,
today i am going to tell you about sitemap.
How to create ,how to upload, how to check and also how to upload it on google and bing
Firstly you should know about sitemap
What is sitemap?? 
A sitemap is an .XML or it can be a html file that lists the URLs for a site
it gives you information about the content of your site ,when it was created/uploaded how often it changes ,timing ,date etc
this map also allows search engines to crawl the site more intelligently

Is it compulsory for your site, 
my answer no..
your site will also work without it but it i recommend you to create a site map.

You can search it on google you will find many of site and i use
www.freesitemapgenerator.com for creating sitemap for my website.
Register and create and download it
After that open your Cpanel and click on Public_html and upload sitemap.xml file and thats it
,you have done
Now if you want to check then type your sitename in browser followed by /sitemap.xml
for example www.yousite.com/sitemap.xml
you will see a sitemap
Now most important part ,upload it on google
But firstly  
Verifying Your Site with Google Search Console
after that to submit your sitemap:

1. Select your site on your Google Search Console home page.
2. Click Crawl.
3. Click Sitemaps.
4. Click ADD/TEST SITEMAP.
5. Type sitemap.xml.
6. Click Submit Sitemap.
7. Done
